A professional Tarot Reader offering 30 min intuitive Tarot readings for £40, or 1 hour for £80 in the beautiful Ark space at Michael’s Folly.

Also offering relaxing 1 hour Piano Meditation sessions which can either be channelled piano music or an hour of songs you love played for you on the piano in the Ark for £50, and in the winter months  with a lovely cup of tea and a cozy fire.

They are spells and this is a time for that need, to weave our magic, however small and humble, it is a time for our singing

We have drums and percussion, the intention for us to blend our creative selves in wordless ways. There is no need for you to have experience, in the spirit of play and discovery, we are all equal to the unique unfolding of the circle. 

The Strawbale Studio is in the grounds of Michael's Folly on Henderson Place, Epping Green, SG13 8NE. A delightful and unique montage of nature meeting heartfulness.

We’ve had such a lovely response to our plans for a day retreat so it’s happening!
Join us this Samhain — the ancient Celtic festival marking the turning of the seasons, when autumn gives way to winter. A time for reflecting on what has been, releasing what no longer serves us and making space for a new chapter 🍁
We’ll spend the day slowing things down, getting outside, moving, breathing, creating and connecting. Think wholesome food, good company, nature and a little breathing space from everyday life.
This retreat is for all who identify as women.

Our Explore and Grow sessions are designed for any adventurers 5 – 16 years old, including home school and flexi-schooled individuals eager to discover the wonders of the natural world.
Our qualified schoolteachers and Forest School practitioners combine a range of indoor and outdoor forest activities, gently guiding them to enhance their critical thinking skills in Maths, English, Science, and woodcraft skills.

Together, we’ll honour the year we’ve travelled through and welcome the new beginnings awaiting us in 2027.

WINTER SOLSTICE RETREAT DAY IS BACK ✨🌲

And this year, I’m changing things up a little…

Before Christmas arrives and another year disappears, I want to create one whole day where you can just stop.

Step away from normal life.

Get out of your head.

Reflect on the year you’ve actually lived.

Celebrate how fucking far you’ve come.

Let go of what you don’t want to carry forward.

And create some space to hear yourself again.

We’ll be tucked away at the beautiful Michael’s Folly in Hertfordshire, surrounded by nature, for a day of movement, reflection, creativity, rest and genuine connection. 🤍

There’ll be transformational coaching & reflection, meditation and mantra, intuitive movement (think gentle yoga, shaking, stretching and a little free-flow movement), our big community Winter Feast, Reiki drumming & crystal bowls, Blue Lotus tea and plenty of time to actually enjoy the land rather than rushing from one thing to another.

🌲 We’ll head outside and explore Michael’s Folly, gathering little fallen pieces from the land before coming back together to create our own Yule logs to take home.

🎁 And of course, everyone will leave with a Winter Solstice gift bag too.

But more than anything, this is about community.

Eating together. Moving together. Sitting around a table creating together. Having real conversations. Laughing. Going deep when we want to. Being quiet when we want to.
